I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in individual and couples psychotherapy.
With over 20 years experience in behavioral science and research, a Masters of Science degree from Central Washington University specializing in experimental psychology and a Masters of Education from the University of Puget Sound in counseling, I am currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are couples counseling, gay and lesbian issues, trauma and abuse issues, anxiety, and life transitions.
I am a practical, solution-focused therapist. I use a variety of conventional and alternative therapeutic techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I focus on serving you in a way that allows you to learn to observe things in your life differently than you did before. I work with you in a way of learning, not fixing, to help you see new possibilities in your life so that you can create the life you want.
