I am a mental health counselor licensed by the state of Washington. I have over 20 years experience in the field of behavioral sciences. I worked as a research scientist before becoming a therapist which has given me a different perspective in my approach.
I provide caring and compassionate counseling for couples and individuals. I specialize in relationships, personal growth, life transitions, and trauma. My therapeutic orientation is primarily cognitive behavioral focusing on thought processes, problem solving, and setting goals. However, I use a variety of therapies depending on your needs.
I am also an approved clinical supervisor for LMHC associates.
Treatment specialization includes:
Tuesday 11:00 am - 6:00 PM
Wednesday 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Call for an appointment.
$140 per 50-minute session
A sliding scale is available on a limited basis.
We accept most insurance plans including First Choice insurances, TriCare, TriWest, Aetna, Cigna, Molina, Community Health, GEHA, and Kaiser Permanente.
Please check your coverage carefully to make sure you have mental
health benefits. Also, please let us know if you need pre-authorization
or a referral from your primary care physician
As a courtesy, we will bill the primary insurance carrier. We do not bill secondary insurance companies. It is your responsibility to determine insurance eligibility, verify mental health benefits and determine what pre-authorization or referrals are necessary
We request payment at time of service. Most Credit and Debit cards are accepted at the office. Of course, Cash and checks are accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay 1/2 of the full cost of the treatment as booked.
